Hi guys,
I'm looking for some help on how to create this measure so... based on another measure value, for example the current existing measure value is MINX is on Total, which is 4.
Now how do i get it so this new measure i'm creating will return the Name Baz.
Hope it make senses.

You can create your measures like so:
Total = SUM('Table'[Apples])+SUM('Table'[Oranges])
Min of Total = MINX('Table',[Total])
Name of Min Total = CALCULATE ( MIN ( 'Table'[Name] ), FILTER ( 'Table', MINX ( 'Table', [Total] ) = [Min of Total] ) )
