    Hi  mithiladas02 ,

    Here are the steps you can follow：

    1. Create calculated column.

    New Sources =
IF('Table'[Source Category]="Job Boards"&&'Table'[Source] in {"Dice","Boss","Job Street"},
   'Table'[Source],
IF('Table'[Source Category]="Social Media"&&'Table'[Source] in {"Instagram","Linkdin"},
  'Table'[Source],
IF('Table'[Source Category]="Sources","Sources ALL",
IF(
    'Table'[Source Category]="Job Boards","Job board others","Social Media Others"
))))

    2. Result:

mithiladas02 , If you want change the name you can use if is power query and switch in dax

example 

Switch( True() ,

[Source] in {"A", "B", "C"}, [Source],

[Source] ="D", "A',

// Add others

)

 

if you want to remove filter in power query
