calculate measurement based on filter

I have a budget dashboard from multiple sources. One of the sources is a SharePoint list.

This list contains multi-item and measurements.  I have created new measures to calculate the total equipment. This measurement has a multi-option filter, and every time we update the list, the total (the measurement calculation I created should change). But it's not.  Is there a way for that measurement to update and reflect the new items added to the list when I refresh the data, or how can I do that work?

This measurement should be around 6000$. Is there any filter I can apply to update this measurement if an item is added? And the remaining amount should be about 18000$

Hi , @Anonymous

According to your description, you want to filter the count dynamci , i think you can try to use the "Filter on this visual" methods.

You need to define your own filter logic in dax , and then put the measure on the "Filter on this visual". Or just filter the visual in this.
For more information, you can refer to :
Add a filter to a report in Power BI - Power BI | Microsoft Learn

If this method does not meet your needs, you can provide us with your special sample data and the desired output sample data in the form of tables, so that we can better help you solve the problem.

This is the formula I used. But I need something to be auto-updated without listing the items or including all the items in the item column. also the same for the facility.

Equipment Total = CALCULATE (SUM ( 'Equipment Request'[Total] ),FILTER ('Equipment Request','Equipment Request'[Facility] IN {"HTS"} && [Item] IN { "Travel #2 placeholder", "placeholder for 3 2-day trips", "Ayva Desk 60 Inch Width"} && [Fund Certified] IN {"False"}
