Hi Community,
I have a table where I have several lines with the responsetime for each ID number(Notifctn). The number of lines is not the same for each ID as shown in the below table.
I need to calculate the average response time, where each ID number must only count one time representing one case.
1) average responsetime for the last calender month
2) average responsetime, this year until end of last calender month
Can anyone help me ?
Alternatively I have another table in my powerBI where each ID is only in one line, but then I need to transfer the data from this table and column with many lines to a column in the other table so the response time is only shown once for each ID. This I have also not succeded :(.
Hi @gjelstrup ,
Can you provide the relevant test data and screenshots of the expected results so that I can answer them for you as soon as possible?
Looking forward to your reply.
Best Regards,
Henry
Hi I Apologize for my late reply. I was captured by another topic at my work.
I will provide the requested data within a couple of days.
I have a datetable, and I have also a datecolumn for each ID, for the date where the case was answered.
