I am not clear about your requirement, when you add field in Matrix, it will automatically calculate sum for you

In your image, you said that records of item are four measures. I want to know, whether they (sales , closed sales estimate sales)are same for each sub prodcut?
In addition, it seems that measures can't show in same column, it will show like below
