best resources to learn DAX from scratch, step by step

hi all,

there are various youtube channels like sqlbi, enterprise dna, curbal, guy in a cube etc. but what about the things depricated or new features added ? how newbies can be familiar with these and have new/alternate things which depricated as soon when faced problem the report/dashboard suddenly failed to render or problem with data? 

which websites (except this community forum) are updating this types of change quickly? this way people like me (new to power bi) can quickly have illustrations/examples for a better understanding.

want to know the resources (first want FREE) for DAX which is very important (all knows here importance of Data), guidance / tutorials for step-by-step learning from scratch can help us but should be updated and update as soon when it requires.
