basic chart

Hi, can someone tell me how i can crate a chart showing the answewrs to several question - All question have either Yes or No as the reponse. I want to show them as percentages, preferably like this showing yes one side and no the other.

@Greg_Deckler so sorry Greg, last question - once the chart is made is there a way for me to just change/edit the visual so that the negative sign is removed?...

@Freya76 Oh, yeah, you are going to want to unpivot your data if that is the case. It *might* be possible the way you have it configured but it will be a complete and utter pain to do if it is even possible.
