bar chart column width differences on highlight

I have a bar chart, when I cross filter from another chart, the highlighted area on the bar chart gives me two different widths.  I can't seem to figure out what the logic is for this difference.

Regular Width

Narrow Width

Is that a custom visual? Can you share the pbix file? You can mask the private parts first.
