average values percentage difference calculation in power bi

I have some data like this..

average value is column which is calcualted as...

average value=CALCULATE(AVERAGE('table'[Individual policy rate])).

Month year= FORMAT('table'[invoice_date],"MMMM") & " " & YEAR('table'[invoice_date])

I want a column  percent_diff  like below..

 

Calcualtion is like

1)(0.827478081363868-1.41686698401274)/(1.41686698401274) .

2)(3.91472146059604-0.827478081363868)/(0.827478081363868)...

Is it possible in power bi?
