append record from from another table

Hi all,

I have two tables

How can i append record from Interview registration to Interview round table?

Final result:

Interview  Registration Data:

Registration Date	Candidate ID	Name	Address	Email	Phone	Experience	Department

Hi @Anonymous,

You can do that in PowerQuery (M):

1. Go to Edit Queries -> Edit Queries. Power Query Editor will be opened.

2. You need to give exactly the same names for the columns which you need to be appended by.

For instance, your table Interview Registration Data has a column Registration Date and another table Interview Round Data has a column Interview Date. Just rename Registration Date to Interview Date. 

3. Go to Home -> Append Queries -> Append Queries as New -> Select two tables you want to append -> Press OK.
