amazon redshift connection problem

Hi All,,

I would like to ask when I click recent source > amazon redshift then it show this message as below:

We encountered an error while trying to connect.

Details: "Input task 'source' is incomplete."

I retype data source and it is successful but when I click recent source again it will show this message out again, how can I fix this problem?

I have updated my PowerBI Desktop to the September 2022 version (2.109. 642.0), but the problem is still present. Are there any fixes for this?

I have the exact same issue with Redshift as well. Very annoying. Also, clearing permission didn't solve it. Any other suggestion?

@dickychan i would suggest you to clear permission for your dataset/db then create a fresh connection with correct credentials. It will clear historical permissions. You can clear all permissions as well which will remove all the recent sources that you have in your report

I have try to clear permission before but still have this problem....
