I have a table of 4*4 and in the first column, I have added names beside the name there is an info button (i) and when any user clicks on the (i) button it takes the user to the embedded URL but the problem is the (i) button is not fixed it's moving with the up and down movement of the cursor.
Is there a way to fix the button to a specific cell?

Since the button is a deviant object,
There is no way to move with the table rows.
You can either act in one of two ways to make each link belong to its table value:
It is preferred to add the link to the website as a column. It can be part of the table and add dynamic functionality, and it can also be designed as a link that is recognized by each user.
The attached picture shows what I mean
Another option if you only need buttons is to put a transparent rectangle above the table to prevent users from sorting it.
Due to its limitations and lack of dynamism, this option is least preferred.
