a click to split data into multiple worksheet based on the column i select

Hi All,

I am looking for a possible solution to split 1 table into multiple worksheet in just one click in Power BI.

Not sure if there is a way to do it in one click.

Example:

I have a table like below in Sheet1 in Power BI desktop.

I wan to split Singapore to Sheet 2, Vietnam to Sheet 3 and Thailand to sheet 4 with the same table layout as Sheet1.

CountryAmount

Singapore

50k
Vietnam100k
Thailand20k

End goal:

Sheet 2

CountryAmount
Singapore50k

Sheet 3

CountryAmount
Vietnam100k

Sheet 4

CountryAmount
Thailand20k

I know i can do it with macro if i connect the data in excel but is it possible to have a solution with one click or easy steps to split like the above?

Appreciate your expertise advice. 🙂

Thanks.

Hello @liwenteng ,
Can you please explain it in more detail or send any sample file for better clarification?
Thank you.

@liwenteng ,

You can duplicate or reference the table as much as you want and then filter out the Country in each table based on your requirement.
