ZoomCharts drill down?

Hi,
For my report I have found an interesting option of ZoomCharts Drill Down: Multi-level cross-chart filtering in Power BI (facebook.com)

Does somebody know where is possible to get this layout for free? Or a way to re-do it? 
I have found only paid option here ZoomCharts Drill Down PRO Visuals for Power BI (microsoft.com)

Unfortunately, the Power BI built-in pie chart does not achieve the full functionality of ZoomCharts Drill Down PRO. Also the visuals in the video, in my opinion, were achieved using ZoomCharts Drill Down PRO, you can try using the free version and see if you can achieve what you want.

Why are the third party visuals always so much more capable than what is built in to Power BI? Can we have less co-pilot and more work on improving visuals to match the features of third-party products please?
