Zip Code, City, State Table

Looking for some general information that may be readily available.

 

Wondering if anyone has a worthwhile resource to translate US Zip Codes to City Name and States that they use?  Lat and Long would be nice to have as well.

You can try this site as it has US zip codes along with lat/long, it may provide close to what you want

 

http://www.geonames.org/

 

In the download area, select postal code data, then select the zip for the US

It has a readme as well
