Zendesk collector failed to refresh / Data limitations

Hi,

I connected the Zendesk app in my Power BI account, but since a few weeks it always fails to refresh its data, due to a limitation of 1000 results per query.

Have you got any ideas on how to solve this issue please?

you can try this one to overcome these limits: https://www.zendesk.com/marketplace/apps/support/834457/power-bi-connector-by-alpha-serve/ It is a paid solution, but with a 14-days freee trial to check if it works for you.
