@Banzai , Where are you getting this error. On desktop or service.

For Service clear the browser cache and try again.

For desktop do this setting, clear default browser setting and try

Go to File-> Options and settings -> Options -> Security Option -> and check : Use My Default browser( Visible after scroll)

if needed, clear the cache of the default browser

Thanks. The service works fine these days. I've had this issue with the desktop for as long as I remember. I've just ignored it and reauthenticated "as different user". I'll give your suggestion a try and see if that helps.
