Yield Bridge (Part II)

Hi,

This is a 2nd post on "Yield Bridge". Made some progress but need help to create the "Yield Bridge" Line that I need.

A Yield Bridge is similar to a pareto that both ranks the defects from high to low. But In addition, the yield bridge shows the "to-be" yield if the top defects are resolved.

Sample data. Need advice on how to create the column "Yield Bridge" (keeping the rank order of highest defect infront).

Hi @vincentakatoh,

You want to get the "Yield Bridge" highlighted in red line, I known 45.8%+27.78%=73.61%, 73.61%+16.67%=90.28%, 90.28%+9.72%=100% but how to get the first value 45.8% ? Could you please share more details?

Thanks,
Angelia

Hi @v-huizhn-msft,

45.8%= 33/(33+39) = Current Yield  = (Total Good) / (Total defect +Total good).

The sample pbix and excel are in below link.
