YTD Logic Dynamic

Hello team, I am Trying to Design YTD , based on the year selection. (its a mlti select , in multiselect if the year is current year another multi select year also has to be YTD) If the slicer selected year is Current year and it has to show YTD and all the years also it has to show YTD only
