Y axis Values

How can I make the Y axis values go 0 -100% rather tan what I currently have?

@walker8888 , You have option under axis min/max, give those values 0/100

Thanks @amitchandak , however this is what I get when clicking on tha axis. I see the Minimum and Maximum but it won't allow me to customize the values, but just minimize or maximize them
