Here is my table.
You see the first groupping of 11.9% is a right IRR (using all the cash flows from the 2 projects underthese 2 groups)
however when it comes to the second one, it's not giving me the right number, despite each individual project irr is correctly calculated.
Anyone knows how to fix this? Thanks
