Hello, I have a problem between my calendar table and another table. The join between my date column from the calendar and the date column from the other table is failing to match. There is no date match, yet both columns are in "date" format.
I specify my date range in the calendar table is from 2000 to 2030 to verify but it does not help
Never see that before...
ty guys..

I ended up finding the solution. In power query these famous columns were originally in text format. They were then changed to date time type. By modifying again from the query editor to the simple date format. It works ! Note that changing the format outside of power query did not solve the problem.

@Anonymous
Prior to doing the matching, check the Data Types of both the fields and change it to Date if required.
Also, check if there are matching dates exist in both tables.
Hope you are using the correct join type

Can you try and make the format of both the columns same and see if that works?
