Write back to SQL Server source using POWER BI TEMPLATE

Hi Folks!!,

I have to create Power BI Template report where I need user to select values from the Parameter.

Once, user selects value from the parameter, I want these values to be inserted into SQL Server (Source for Power BI Report).

I dont want to use Power App here.

Please suggest how to achieve this using Power BI Template.

Thanks

Amit

Power BI reads the data source. It doesn't writeback.

This is not possible purely with Power BI. You need something like Power Apps or another solution that sits on top of Power BI like PowerOn or Arcterys.
