Workspace doesn’t match desktop

Recently I've published a report to a workspace and it does not match the desktop report.

In the desktop report I have a many to many relationship between a table called  'courses' and table 'learners'. The data is using import.

The many to many comes from the fact the courses are duplicated by multiple cohorts, all learners are on a course but initially may not be in a cohort. So the connection is by course.

when creating table visuals the desktop auto filters out blanks from the many to many. However when publishing to a workspace it then shows all the blanks in the visuals.

It seems like the many to many is being treated differently in the workspace, does anyone have an idea why that might be?

The difference in behavior you're observing between Power BI desktop and workspace with regards to the many-to-many relationship and filtering could be related to how the visulas are configured and how the data is loaded and displayed in each environment.

What configuration on the environment workspace could cause this though?

@Connoza ,  It should work in same manner

Clear Browser Cache -> refresh and try again

Republish ->Clear Browser Cache -> refresh and try again

Hope there is no changes done on service in visual

It's the same though for other users, I've deleted the dataset republished, deleted the dataset cleared desktop cache and republished. Created a new workspace published.

It keeps reverting back to showing the blanks in the workspace which doesn't match the desktop report.
