Working with multiple organizations

Are there any other Power BI Consultants in here who work for multiple organizations at the same time? Having to log out and log in to publish and work with each organization's workspace is a bit of a pain.

Where there is AD login, I can use runas command in windows, but what about Azure credentials only? Is there any trick that you use to quickly open a pbix file in the workspace / credentials of the appropriate organization?
