Working with Large Dataset + Parameters

I have large datasets where I use parameters to limit the amount of results it returns. This article talks about Passing Multiple-Values Parameters to SQL statement. This article answers some of my questions but instead of changing parameters in the .pbit template when users open it, can it be done in the published report in PowerBi.com?

 

I want to bind parameters to drop-down list, slicer, charts, etc? 

 

Is this possible?

@diskovered you can surely set parameters in power bi service on your dataset but it is something not be dynamic. Here is the link for more info on this
