Working with Admin REST API & Expression.Error: Access to the resource is forbidden.

Hi,

 

Im trying to create admin panel for all organisational reports. 
At this moment im able to connect with API via web connector, but after some time i reciving a "Expression.Error: Access to the resource is forbidden" error. Even if i clear permission, and try connect again, the same error appears.

Any ideas how to work with it ?
