Word Cloud Visual

I have a confusing problem. I've two word cloud visuals alongside each other. The settings are identical, except one is pulling from a separate set of words.

The one on the left is behaving as expected - words which appear more often are larger. The other one isn't - all the words are the same size, regardless of frequency.

Any ideas?

@AndyHargreaves ,  one recommendation would be to look at Stop Words, and explore the minimum/maximum number of repetitions.  Also, it seems you haven't received any feedback or updates regarding your question or a status update.
