Why would pandas not work on power bi but it is installed on my local machine

Anyone know if I am not setting up my desktop version to be able to  respond to python script both in 'get data' and 'query editor'

Thank you... the bigger issue is dealing with the pre-requisite libraries that are needed for pandas and matplotlib, I cannot locate the config folder that would make this make in poower bi desktop...I was hoping also for the community to see that the python script refers to a get request on the JIRA platform, and whether this method shoudl be dropped instead of a single fetch with rest api call that replaces this python connection
