Hello! I'm going to show my full ignorance of DAX here so just keep that in mind when you see the code I wrote for this. My issue is that the columns are displaying the correct values in this matrix, but the "Total" column only wants to show one of the values and isn't adding everything up. I'm sure it's because of my DAX but I don't know the exact issue. Here is the Matrix and the DAX:

Add an index column from 1 in Power Query.
Create a measure.
VAR _b =
SUMMARIZE ( 'Table', 'Table'[Index.1], "aaa", [Year 3 cost])
RETURN
IF ( HASONEVALUE ( 'Table'[Index.1] ),[Year 3 cost] , SUMX ( _b, [aaa] ) )

How to remove duplicates count
