Why there is no color option in Visuals in Format Pane?

I want to do coloring in the table with respect to 'Total Revenue'. But in visuals I don't see any color option where I can do data visualization row by row using color with respect to 'Total Revenue'. Can anyone help me? Previously there were color saturation option and later data color option. Now what is new instead of these? Please kindly reply.
