Why is there no conditional formatting option showing up?

Hello I have a clustered column chart visual and I cant seem to do conditional formatting for the colors the option isnt there but any videos and guides i find online show them having the option next to the colors

Hello  ,

it's because you have a legend and each legend has its own color, so If you removed the legend field then you will see the conditional formatting you're talking about.
