Why is my custom "JoinKey" column showing as Error in Power BI Desktop?

Hi all,

I'm trying to create a relationship between two tables in Power BI using a composite key. So I created a JoinKey column by concatenating multiple fields.

Here's what I did in Table 1 (AG2_AGENT_SUBHOUR_V):

But the JoinKey column is showing Error for every row (see screenshot attached).

Could someone help me understand why this is happening and how to fix it?

I found a way i think , 

Click Tranform Data, 

1. duplicate the columns that we want to use for the join
2. mark the duplicated columns we want to use for the join, choose "Merge columns".

Here is a screenshot:

Repeat this for the 2nd table.

Now We'll be able to use this column to create a relationship between both tables

Also Don't forget to "hide" this column from report view.
