Why doesn't Sales value show in TX State in Power BI Report?

Report1 and Report2 have same report definition in 'ReportDefinition.jpg'. Please also see modeling.jpg

Why doesn't Sales value show in TX State after add City to table? but show 400 value after remove City column to table?

@Anonymous , State is a common dimesion, so you can show city and sales data with it.

You should be able to sum(sales), state(dim State) and city or City(Min aggregation )
