Why do my files from an Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2 account not show in the Navigator pane?

I have entered the credentials for an Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2 account as shown below:

There should be many JSON and CSV files visible in the navigator pane. However, none of the files are being shown. Does anyone know why this is?.

Hi @HamidBee ，

To get data from an ADLS Gen 2 account directly into Power BI Desktop from the data lake (without going through dataflows for this particular scenario), there are two connectivity options:

1. Use the new Azure Data Lake Storage Gen 2 connector within Power BI Desktop in conjunction with the new DFS endpoint. (The connector is in beta at the time of this writing.)

2. Use the Azure Blob Storage connector within Power BI Desktop in conjunction with the blob endpoint. This utilizes a new feature called Multi-Protocol Access (MPA) so you can use the blob endpoint instead of the DFS endpoint (MPA is in public preview at the time of this writing).

The information you have shared is outdated. The article itself is from 2019. Furthermore, the images I shared clearly show me using the Azure data lake storage gen2 connector. Please update your answer.
