Why after delete table row my PBI file still so have more then 50% of file size ?

Hi All

My PBI file size total 13MB

I have keep to create a sample PBI file by delete all the 10  table data by only keep 1 row.

After delete all the data the total file size 8MB

May i know why the file size still so large ? it is the storage go to report ?

Check with yoyr main table,it might have large data. 

And also file size depends on Visuals and no of pages as well. 

If you have more pages and visuals file size will increase.

Hi Paul, 

That's wierd. Can you check with Power Query, if there are tables stillnot deleted? 

And also clear the cache.

it is my mistake. the file now 1MB
