Hello,
It is just a info question that I couldn't find the answer.
I have two tables that I get from SQL one is around 70k rows other one is around 3.5 millions.
3.5million table has incremental refresh.
When I refresh the report on Desktop it takes around 20min but when I publish to app(web) when I refresh it takes more than 1 hour(for first refresh) why is that?
Thanks for any comment

@Anonymous , where is you gateway setup, Same Desktop or you are using a cloud DB.
If the Gateway is on the same desktop, it is adding the work on same machine + data network delay

Hi @Anonymous ,
One of the reson maybe.
Desktop is on your local machine. Service is on the cloud. So the speed of connectivity matters.
