Why Power apps is not working

I need to design an entry page. I design that form in Power apps. But when I put in the Power BI desktop it is showing "Getting your data"

What the app basically do is that I enter name,account code and refreshes the report.

Basically, when you create a PowerApp, you have to share both the app and the data source with the user (in this case Power BI) and you also need to make sure that the app starts on a page that PowerBI user knows what data to load - if you haven't told the PowerApp somewhere in the code for that home screen to start a new form, then it will not work.
