Why PQ need to create sample file ?

Hi All

can we delete delete the sample folder ? any consequences ?

Because it is expecting that you will load multiple files of the same format.  It creates these Helper Queries so it knows how to process any subsequent files in the same way.

No, the Sample file is being used in the "Transform File" function. You can see this if you view the code of the "Transform File" function in the advanced editor.
