Why Code need to add ABCD in order to be able to compute the amount correctly ?

Hi All 

Some time back @Ashish_Mathur give me below expression working fine :-

AMT_ON_HANE_SGD = SUMX(SUMMARIZE(VALUES('RATE'[SOURCE]),'RATE'[SOURCE],"ABCD",[AMT_ON_HAND_SGD_]),[ABCD])

Can some one explain how this code work ? Why need ABCD ?

Hi,

ABCD is the name/title of the column that you are creating via the SUMMARIZE function.  You can type any meaningful name there.

May i know that the Field ABCD no appear at PBI file , Does it mean that it is a temperary field created for this expression ?
