Which visual to show Employees-Managers

Hello,

Could I please get a direction as to which custom visual will help me to show the following scenario:

My table has the following columns:

Employee ID, Manager ID, Gender, Status (Active/Terminated)

I would like to show a network where Employees and Managers are connected and different colours are assigned to Male/Female or Active/Terminated.

I have posted here a demo file with 100 fake employees.

The real data set has 2000 employees.
