i have two columns in my FACT table called created by agent and closed by agent - which column should i use so all my measure work in the row value (standard table) or whats the best method.

@Anonymous - Not sure I am following. Do you need to unpivot your Measure columns? Not at all clear.

In My FACT Table i have two column called Closed by Agent and Created by Agent. Some of the mesure work fine when i drop into the Row field (satndard Table) the closed by Agent Name, but the Created By Agent Measures don't work and visa versa...
