Where i found the error log of data refresh on Power BI Desktop?
See the image bellow:
Go to File->Option and settings->Options->Diagnostics, you will find the logs if tracing is enabled by clicking "Open traces folder".

If there's any error, you can find it in the exception column in the above tool.
