When I select all the options of a filter, the visualization returns to the initial

Hello power BI community. I have a board with two graphs and a filter for both. The filter has 4 options. When I select a maximum of 3 filter options, the graphs display the sum of the 3, but when I select all the options, one of the graphs shows me the initial display as if I were not selecting any filter. I hope I have been clear with my explanation, I attach images to help understand my problem. Thank you very much in advance.

That's right but, when I select nothing the chart shows me less data that should be showed. I discovered that I have 76 projects in this case to show and power Bi just lets visualize until 60. So, when I select all the 76 projects it shows me some of them randomly. I decided to show the first 60 projects. Do you know a way for showing all of them? Thanks fot your time.

without access to sample data that illustrates the issue I cannot help further.
