What is the Power BI condition to meet a IF(AND( function?

I need help with translating the function listed below to power BI

=IF(AND(Something is True, Something else is True), Value if True, Value if False)

And if it's true I want it to pull the values from a list. If the user clicks on value A, and the conditions meet then is able to display that value; if it's false then it's blank.

If anyone can guide me it would be great.
