What is differences Power BI Embedded vs Embed Report function on Power BI service reports?

Hi everyone,

Today I research and found that there is product Power BI Embedded which has been paid license for use. I wonder that is the benefit to use this product rather than the Embed Report function found in on Power BI service reports when click on File menu? In detail can anyone have the list show differences between these, I need to embed my report in website so which one I should chose?

Sorry for late reply. May I ask does the "Embed Report function on Power BI service reports" is basically Secure embed which is referenced in your document link?
