Hi All,
I am kind of disappointed knowing there is a security breach that can happen when using uncertified visuals in Power BI. How can I literate users in my organization to use only certified visuals and how to identify them. Also, how can I explain them the consequences of using uncertified custom visuals?

Hi @Anonymous,
I think this scenario should be more related to content protection, perhaps you can try to enable 'sensitive label' on these reports which include this type of information:
Microsoft Information Protection sensitivity labels in Power BI - Power BI | Microsoft Docs
How to apply sensitivity labels in Power BI - Power BI | Microsoft Docs
In addition, power bi custom visuals include its own security policies. So if you are using official certified custom visuals, you do not need to worry about them directly grabbing and leakage sensitive data. (you need to tell about the users to prevent the data leak of the operations)

Hi, I have read online that some of these custom visuals can have access to the data in the Power BI report. Is it possible for someone to grab data from these custom visuals?
If someone grabbed your data, there's not much you can do to get it back. Removing any custom visuals you don't trust should prevent future access.
What are you trying to undo, specifically?
