What do the DAX functions SELECTEDMEASURE() and SELECTEDMEASURENAME() do?

I came acrossed these today and do not remember seeing them before. I cannot find anything in the DAX documentation that defines these two functions. Anyone know what they do or how to use them?

Hi All,

 

They aren't available in the June 2018 Desktop now. I think they are the upcoming features.
