What are the blank ligns in the Microsoft 365 Usage Analytics report?

Hello,

 

I am actualizing a PBI report that is based on the monthly data the PBI Report "Microsoft 365 Usage Analytics report" is providing for my tenant.
Problem is, since a few months, some blank ligns appeared in the datas :  there are UserId, some datas about the application used (Exchange, OneDrive...), however the columns "DisplayName", "UPN", "Department" and "Company" are completely blank.
But more problematic, some data columns are blank too, which causes a lot of issues in my own report that feed on them :

  • SPO_TotalFilesSynched,
  • SPO-TotalFilesViewed/Modified,

Would someone know what are these ligns refering to? And why is there blank cells on these data columns about SharePoint and not a "0"?

I export data from Microsoft 365 usage analytics report to excel, but I don't see such a blank.

So I guess this blank does not always appear. It may be caused by some operations.

If this kind of blank has no effect, I suggest filtering it out.
