Weekly pipeline changes based on 2 table

Hi!

I have a table set including the below information however I need to refresh this report on a weekly basis and I would like to identify the changes on the fields compared to the new report

For an example:

Last week

Opportunity Name	Opportunityy ID	Closed Date	Product	Stage
XY Opp	Opp-123456	06/02/2021	Xy Product	Open

This week

Opportunity Name	Opportunityy ID	Closed Date	Product	Stage
XY Opp	Opp-123456	06/10/2021	Xy Product	Closed
